Netflix's Monster Anthology Series Should be Axed | The Lizzie Borden Story (2026) TV Review
The Monster anthology series is deeply divisive but I would argue it is never boring. Despite this series having its controversies, I have always found it to be so inherently enticing but my feelings have changed since finishing the most recent fourth season. The Lizzie Borden Story is undoubtedly boring in comparison to its predecessors, the season lacks any vulnerability or shock factor that the other seasons were able to provide.

Jesse Eisenberg's The Debut (2026) Sings! | Film Review | TIFF'26

Bad Apples is Rotten to the Core (2026) | Film Review
Bad Apples is rotten to the core. It’s a messy, unpredictable film that takes you on an extreme journey about losing control and giving in to impulse. A hilarious fable that sees Saoirse Ronan as an empathetic teacher who attempts to help a disruptive student, by locking him in her basement. This film is wacky and it most definitely plays with the idea of intrusive thoughts and acting on our worst instincts.
